The completed checklist is then presented to the Manager for approval of any corrective actions recommended.
In the event the Manager does not approve any corrective action recommended by the Health and Safety Representative, the matter may be referred to the Regional Manager.
Nothing above prevents the Health and Safety Representative from issuing a provisional improvement notice, or directing a worker to cease work if he/she reasonably believes that carrying out the work would expose the worker, or any other person, to imminent serious risk.
