This section is about agreeing on the manner in which the employee achieved their goals. Did the employee live by our philosophy and values while pursuing their goals?
This is a more subjective process than quantifying the employee’s Results.
Once discussed and preferably agreed, complete the Values section on page 3 of the PDP Form.
